Mintit - NFT Marketplace

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mintit platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all users, including creators, collectors, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Mintit is a decentralized NFT marketplace that enables users to discover, create, buy, sell, and trade non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The platform facilitates peer-to-peer transactions on supported blockchains. Mintit does not take custody of any digital assets and all transactions are executed directly on the blockchain.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and wallet private keys. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. NFT Transactions

All NFT transactions are conducted on the blockchain and are irreversible. Mintit charges a 2.5% marketplace fee on successful sales. Creators may set royalties up to 10% which are automatically enforced on secondary sales. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions may be subject to network fees (gas fees) which are not controlled by Mintit.

5. Intellectual Property

By minting an NFT on Mintit, you represent that you own or have the rights to the underlying content. Purchasing an NFT grants you ownership of the token but does not necessarily transfer copyright or intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated by the creator. You may not use NFTs for commercial purposes unless the creator's terms allow it.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: (a) mint or sell counterfeit, stolen, or plagiarized content; (b) engage in wash trading or market manipulation; (c) use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities; (d) attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform; (e) create misleading or fraudulent listings; (f) harass other users or engage in discriminatory behavior.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NFT values are highly volatile and Mintit makes no guarantees about the value of any digital asset. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from market fluctuations, smart contract bugs, or user error. You trade at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mintit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees collected from your transactions in the preceding 12 months.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
